Microsoft Azure customers worldwide now gain access to LayerX to take advantage of the scalability, reliability, and agility of Azure to drive application development and shape business strategies.

LayerX Security, a leading provider of enterprise browser security solutions, today announced the availability of its browser security extension LayerX in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Azure. LayerX customers can now take advantage of the productive and trusted Azure cloud platform, with streamlined deployment and management. LayerX has also joined Microsoft’s Pegasus Program for startups.

The LayerX Enterprise Browser Extension natively integrates with any browser, turning it into a secure and manageable workspace, with no impact on the user experience. Enterprises use LayerX to secure their devices, identities, data, and SaaS apps from web-borne threats and browsing risks that endpoint and network solutions can’t protect against. Those include data leakage over the web, SaaS apps and GenAI Tools, malicious browser extensions, phishing, account takeovers, shadow SaaS, and more.

As the browser has become the main work interface for many employees, LayerX’s solution enables organizations to secure enterprise data across a wide range of use cases, including browsing security, GenAI security, web/SaaS DLP, insider threat protection, identity security, protection against malicious browser extensions, secure SaaS access for BYOD, remote workers and contractors, and much more.

For customers of Microsoft solutions, the LayerX Enterprise Browser Extension allows users to secure user data and activity across solutions such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, Outlook on the web, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and others.

In addition, LayerX has made its solution available to all customers on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, simplifying the purchase process for customers and allowing them to purchase LayerX’s solutions using their Azure budget.

“The availability of the LayerX Enterprise Browser Extension on the Azure Marketplace will make it easier for us to reach new markets and customers, and for customers to more easily protect themselves using the LayerX solution,” said Or Eshed, LayerX Co-Founder and CEO. “Joining the Pegasus Program also allows LayerX to further scale-up its go-to-market with new opportunities for lead generation, revenue and growth.”
“Microsoft welcomes LayerX to Azure Marketplace, where global customers can find, try, and buy from among thousands of partner solutions,” said Jake Zborowski, General Manager, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp. “Azure Marketplace and trusted partners like LayerX help customers do more with less by increasing efficiency, buying confidently, and spending smarter.”
The Azure Marketplace is an online market for buying and selling cloud solutions certified to run on Azure. The Azure Marketplace helps connect companies seeking innovative, cloud-based solutions with partners who have developed solutions that are ready to use.
